TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment provides participants with the required training and assessment competencies, to play an important role in the professional development of a workplace team.

We also provide an upgrade program for people who hold TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or BSZ40198 Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment as well as an accelerated course for qualified teachers.

Participants of all TAE40110 programs will also be capable of delivering and assessing nationally recognised qualifications from the vocational education and training (VET) system in Australia.

They will also have the knowledge required to lead learning organisation development though improved HR development structures and systems. We recommend that managers, supervisors and team leaders who aspire to a training role undertake this qualification.

Ten (10) full days of face to face facilitation are normally required over a period of 3 months, however some participants may be able to achieve competency through a combination of RPL, Credit Transfer and face to face delivery in an accelerated program.

Training Investment is $1695 per person.
