Consultants in the Employment, Training and associated industries have a complex and demanding role providing a range of services to clients and employers. Government compliance, fierce competition and challenging case loads are only a few of the issues that require careful management. Changes in legislation, funding and operational accountability mean that professionals in these industries need to continuously upgrade their knowledge and skill base as well as work collaboratively to provide best practice services.

Our Certificate IV in Business has been fully customised for these dynamic industries. It enables participants to create a “point of difference” in this specialised field for their respective organisations.

Participants must successfully complete 10 units of competence to attain this qualification.

Recommended Participants

Employment and recruitment consultants in private, community services or government contracted agencies, managers of employment services and group training field officers.

Program Structure:

Minimum of 8 hours training each month for 10 months. Training days and times are fully negotiable to suit business demands.

Participants will also require time at work to complete assessment projects that will improve business performance. A qualified trainer/assessor will visit the workplace each month to mentor participants individually as required.
